The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) has recently published a new user guide for the SFDR precontractual data collection (V1.2). The SFDR, or Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation, is a European Union regulation that requires financial market participants and financial advisers to disclose information regarding the sustainability risks and the impact of their investments on the environment and society. The new user guide provides detailed instructions on how to collect and disclose the required data, as well as the technical specifications.
