What does Fund XP do?
Fund XP is an independent Luxembourg RegTech that prepares regulatory reports for investment funds and financial companies. We convert your data into the format each authority requires and check it against their validation rules before submission.
Which reports do you cover?
AIFMD Annex IV, CSSF U1.1 and S3, Form PF, BCL statistical reports including TPT, BCL CDDP – V, AnaCredit, FATCA, CRS, CbCR, CESOP, the DORA register of information and the Central Bank of Cyprus AML returns. See our reporting solutions for details.
Do I need to install software?
It depends on the solution. Several of them are Excel workbooks that run in the desktop version of Microsoft Excel with macros enabled, so there is no platform to onboard. For other reports, you send us your data and we produce the file.
Can Fund XP submit the reports for us?
For several reports, yes: we file on your behalf and follow up the authority's feedback. Contact us to find out which of your reports this applies to.
