Norme commune de déclaration (NCD) / Common Reporting Standard (CRS)
The list of Jurisdictions subject to declaration as well as the list of Partner Jurisdictions were updated by the Grand-Ducal Regulation of April 18, 2024 amending the amended Grand-Ducal Regulation of March 15, 2016 implementing Article 2, paragraph 4 of the law of December 18, 2015 relating to the Common Reporting Standard (NCD) (Mémorial A – No. 156 of April 19, 2024)
Note that one of the modifications introduced by this grand-ducal regulation consists of the removal of Liberia, Morocco, Moldova, Montenegro and Uganda from the list of Partner Jurisdictions.
